By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

Fitzey provides a platform that connects customers with independent tailoring professionals. We facilitate discovery, booking, and payment for tailoring services.

Please note that Fitzey does not directly employ the tailors on the platform. The contract for the actual tailoring service is directly between the customer and the tailor.

3. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You agree to provide accurate physical measurements or participate in measurement sessions as agreed upon with your chosen tailor.
• You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment providers. A deposit may be required before a tailor begins work on your garment.

Refund policies for tailoring services are set by individual tailors. However, Fitzey offers a mediation service for disputes and provides optional Fabric Insurance for premium protection against damages.

Fitzey makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
